Intuit, Inc. is seeking a Senior Staff Business Data Analyst to join our People Data & Analytics team in San Diego.

You will own executive reporting and enablement, translating complex data into actionable insights that influence HR decisions across the employee lifecycle. You will partner with Directors, VP+ and HRBPs to deliver timely analyses, drive analytics enablement, and shape the executive reporting layer with AI-powered insights.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in People Analytics or Human Capital Consulting advising senior stakeholders on workforce insights.
• Strong ability to translate data into actionable recommendations for executives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with storytelling to influence senior audiences.
• Deep understanding of HR data and employee lifecycle processes.

Responsibilities

• Own executive analytics deliverables and HR enablement across the org.
• Turn analysis into executive narratives that leaders act on.
• Partner with Directors, VP+ and HRBP communities to align insights with decisions.
• Lead patterns and risks identification for leadership through data and AI analytics products.
