Job summary

Intuit is seeking an experienced Data Science leader to head our People Analytics Data Science & Research team at the company. This role will guide workforce forecasting, employee research, and AI-native tools to deliver insights that shape people strategies and executive decision-making.

You will lead a distributed team, set analytical direction, and personally review model design for rigor and interpretability while partnering with HR, Finance, and business partners to ensure analytics drive

Qualifications

• 10+ years in people analytics with deep data science and applied research in a workforce context.
• 4+ years leading analytics or data science teams; multi-team leadership preferred.
• Fluency in SQL and Python or R; comfortable with modern cloud data environments and data workflow tools.
• Experience across workforce domains (headcount forecasting, retention, hiring analytics) and with survey/psychometric research.
• Experience building or measuring AI-native analytics products and evaluating model performance against business outcomes.
• Proven ability to establish shared data definitions and reporting standards across functions with competing sources of truth.
• Ability to influence senior executives through storytelling and turning analysis into decisions.

Responsibilities

• Set analytical direction across workforce forecasting, organizational effectiveness, and AI-native tooling.
• Lead the analytics strategy and success metrics for People & Places initiatives including AI-powered work.
• Guide models and data sources, ensuring rigor, bias control, and interpretability.
• Influence the analytics product roadmap and partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to drive decisions.
