Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking an experienced Data Science leader to run the People Analytics Data Science & Research team, partnering with HR, COEs, Finance and business leaders to deliver data-driven insights shaping people strategies and executive decisions.

You will set analytical direction across workforce forecasting, employee research and listening, talent analytics, and AI-native tools that translate insights into action.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in people analytics with deep data science and applied research.
• 4+ years leading analytics or data science teams; multi-domain experience preferred.
• Fluency in SQL and Python or R; comfortable with cloud data environments.
• Experience across workforce domains and AI-native analytics products.

Responsibilities

• Set analytical and modeling direction across workforce forecasting and organizational effectiveness.
• Lead a distributed analytics team and ensure rigor before executive audiences.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and COEs to resolve workforce-data questions.
• Co-create analytics strategy for AI-native decision tools.
