Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking a Senior Staff Business Data Analyst to lead the Talent Analytics, Research, and Technology efforts. This role focuses on automating reconciliation, building scalable data pipelines, and delivering executive dashboards across workforce planning, recruiting, and people insights.

The candidate will partner with senior stakeholders and executives to shape how talent data flows from source systems and how AI can accelerate time-to-insight for leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business/data analytics with ownership of talent analytics or broader people analytics data
• Strong hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents to deliver Talent insights at scale
• Experience with data warehouses, data pipelines, and data architecture concepts
• Experience automating manual reporting processes and building scalable dashboards or self-service tools
• Excellent communication skills with a track record of presenting to senior stakeholders and executives
• Ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous situations and translate requests into durable solutions

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end data strategy across talent analytics, including workforce planning and talent acquisition metrics
• Automate reconciliation processes to deliver near real-time talent data
• Design and build dashboards and visualizations for people leaders and executives
• Build and deploy AI agents to deliver insights and automate recurring analytics tasks
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align data across systems and inform decision-making
• Present talent data and insights clearly to senior leaders
