Qualifications

Experience translating business strategy into HR action plans.
Strong capability to manage workforce plans and location strategy.
Data-driven approach to diagnose org health and skills gaps.
Experience leading change management initiatives.
Coaching and consulting leaders on HR programs.

Responsibilities

Serve as trusted advisor to senior leaders translating strategy into HR priorities.
Manage execution of the strategic workforce plan including headcount analysis.
Utilize Org Health metrics to diagnose gaps and provide recommendations to leadership.
Support major change management initiatives with communications, engagement strategies, and risk mitigation plans.
Lead talent lifecycle processes including performance reviews and promotions within the business unit.
