Qualifications

• Two to four-year college degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in Rooms Management or related management position.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, scheduling, and staff development abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping activities to ensure top cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Forecast labor needs, manage budget, and control costs.
• Recruit, train, and coach associates; monitor performance and discipline when needed.
• Maintain clear communications with guests, staff, and vendors to drive quality service.
• Ensure compliance with safety, SDS, HazCom, OSHA, and corporate policies.
