Job summary

WeDriveU, Inc. in St. Louis, MO is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations, supervise drivers, and develop client service strategies. The role reports to the COO and requires strong decision-making, safety focus, and KPI-driven management across现场 operations.

You will hire and train drivers, monitor performance, ensure compliance, and collaborate with clients to optimize routes and service levels. Bachelor’s or equivalent experience preferred, with 5+ years in ops management.

Qualifications

• Hard requirements: 5+ years experience in operations management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily driver activities and implement SOPs.
• Main client contact and attend meetings.
• Make staffing decisions and communicate with team.
• Hire, train and develop drivers.
• Ensure compliance with policies.
• Monitor maintenance issues with vendors.
• Review onsite records and reports.
• Promote safety awareness and morale.
• Analyze ridership and suggest route changes.
• Attend weekly client meetings.
