Job summary

WeDriveU, the leader in shared mobility solutions, seeks a General Manager in Boston, MA. You will report to the COO and oversee driver teams, develop and execute account strategy, and drive performance metrics across operations, safety, and service quality.

The role requires 5+ years in operations management, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and a Class B driver’s license. You will lead client meetings, hire and train drivers, and ensure compliance with company policies while delivering

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in Operations Management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Licensed Class B driver (Passenger and Air brakes endorsement).
• Work experience in public or private alternative transportation demand management (TDM).

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily activities of all drivers and oversee SOPs.
• Be the main point of contact for the client and attend meetings.
• Make staffing decisions and communicate with the team.
• Hire, train and develop new drivers.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies.
• Review documentation and inspections for accuracy.
• Analyze ridership numbers and suggest route changes.
• Attend weekly client meetings and respond to feedback.
