Job summary

You will supervise Area GM/Director of Operations, Director of Maintenance, Director of Finance, Director of HR, and Director of Safety, ensuring strategic execution and operational excellence.

The role focuses on people management, process improvement, and driving KPIs while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and auditing locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Transportation Planning or related field.
• Five years of relevant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for commute programs and oversee multiple directors.
• Manage direct reports including Area GM/Director roles and oversee their programs.
• Develop and lead operational staff to meet company vision and KPIs.
• Travel to other U.S. sites and HQ ~2% of the time.
• Hire/train General Managers and Account Managers in the region.
• Liaise between Corporate office and project managers.
