Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for Gulf Coast markets, including property management, guest concierge, housekeeping and maintenance.
• Manage market contracts, vendors and overall costs, ensuring adherence to budgets and standards.
• Lead market teams: scheduling, onboarding, training and HR relations; liaison with corporate management.
