Job summary

Restaurant Associates is seeking a General Manager for a premier, high-volume corporate dining account in NYC. You will lead the overall success of the client partnership, drive operational excellence, and build a high-performing team to deliver exceptional hospitality and culinary quality.

You will supervise budgeting, HR functions, scheduling, and client relationships, while collaborating with the Chef to roll out new culinary programs and provide top-tier service.

Qualifications

• Five years or more of progressive foodservice leadership experience.
• Experience managing high-volume dining operations and sophisticated catering programs.
• Demonstrated leadership, client relationships and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all P&L and budgeting for the account.
• Manage day-to-day operations of a premier corporate dining account.
• Conduct HR functions including hiring, progressive counseling, and terminations.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll and team training.
• Maintain relationships with customers, guests and the client.
• Collaborate with Chef and management on menus and culinary programs.
