You will lead the overall operation, ensuring exceptional hospitality, culinary quality, and seamless daily execution while building a high-performing team and strong client relationships.

Qualifikationen

• BS, Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred
• Minimum of five years of progressive foodservice leadership experience
• Experience managing high-volume dining operations and catering programs
• Experience overseeing operations budgets, financial performance, labor management, and cost controls
• Strong leadership, client relationship, and team development skills

• Oversees all P&L and budgeting for the account
• Manages day-to-day operations of a high-profile account
• Conducts HR functions including hiring, counseling, and terminations
• Oversees scheduling, payroll, and team training
• Maintains relationships with customers, guests, and client
