Job summary

Restaurant Associates, part of Compass Group USA, seeks a General Manager for a premier corporate dining account in NYC. You will lead overall operation, ensure exceptional hospitality, culinary quality, and seamless daily execution while building a high-performing team and strong client relationships.

In this executive leadership role, you will manage budgets, drive operational excellence, and collaborate with the Chef to create menus and new culinary programs.

Qualifications

• BS, Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred.
• Five years of progressive foodservice leadership experience.
• Experience managing high-volume dining operations and sophisticated catering programs.
• Experience overseeing operational budgets, financial performance, labor management, and cost controls.
• Exceptional leadership, client relationships, and team development in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all P&L and budgeting for the account.
• Manages day-to-day operations of a premier corporate dining account.
• Conducts HR functions, including hiring and progressive counseling.
• Oversees scheduling, payroll, and team training.
• Maintains relationships with customers, guests, and client.
• Collaborates with Chef to create menus and provide top-quality food.
• Rolls out new culinary programs with marketing and culinary teams.
