Job summary

Restaurant Associates, a premier dining partner, seeks a General Manager for a high-profile NYC corporate dining account. Lead overall operations, ensure exceptional hospitality, and drive culinary excellence while building a top-performing team and strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic, hands-on leader with outstanding communication skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of progressive foodservice leadership experience.
• Experience managing high-volume dining operations and sophisticated catering programs.
• Experience overseeing operational budgets, labor management, and cost controls.
• Exceptional leadership, client relationships, and team development skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all P&L and budgeting for the account.
• Manages overall day-to-day operations of a high-profile premier account.
• Conducts HR functions, including hiring, progressive counseling, and terminations.
• Oversees scheduling, payroll, and team training.
• Maintains excellent relationships with customers, guests, and Client, as well as other departments.
• Works with the Chef and management team in creating menus and providing top-quality food.
• Rolls out new culinary programs in conjunction with the Company marketing and culinary team.

Education

BS, Hospitality or Culinary degree
