Qualifications

• BS, Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred.
• Five+ years of progressive foodservice leadership experience.
• Experience managing high-volume dining operations and catering programs.
• Experience overseeing budgets, financial performance, labor, and cost controls.
• Strong leadership and client relationship skills.
• Passion for hospitality and career growth with an industry-leading employer.

Responsabilités

• Oversees all P&L and budgeting for the account.
• Manages day-to-day operations of a high-profile account.
• Conducts HR functions, including hiring, progressive counseling, and terminations.
• Oversees scheduling, payroll, and team training.
• Maintains excellent relationships with customers, guests, and Client.
• Works with Chef to create menus and top-quality food.
• Rolls out new culinary programs with marketing and culinary team.
