Qualifications

• BS, Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years of progressive foodservice leadership experience.
• Proven success managing high-volume dining operations and sophisticated catering programs.
• Experience overseeing operational budgets, financial performance, labor management, and cost controls.
• Exceptional leadership, client relationship, and team development skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for hospitality and career development in a leading foodservice organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all P&L and budgeting for the account.
• Manages day-to-day operations of a high-profile account.
• Conducts HR functions including hiring, counseling and terminations.
• Oversees scheduling, payroll, and team training.
• Maintains relationships with customers, guests, and client groups.
• Works with Chef to create menus and top-quality food.
• Rolls out new culinary programs with marketing and culinary teams.
