Restaurant Associates, a premier dining and events caterer, seeks a General Manager for a high-volume corporate dining account in NYC. You will lead overall operations, ensure exceptional hospitality, develop a top team, and drive service excellence with strong client partnerships.

The ideal leader is strategic, hands-on, and excels in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities while delivering culinary and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• BS, Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years of progressive foodservice leadership experience.
• Proven success managing high-volume dining operations and sophisticated catering programs.
• Demonstrated experience overseeing budgets, financial performance, labor management, and cost controls.
• Exceptional leadership, client relationships, and team development skills.
• Passion for hospitality and career growth with a leading foodservice organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all P&L and budgeting for the account.
• Manage day-to-day operations of a premier corporate dining account.
• Lead HR functions including hiring, coaching, and terminations.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll, and team training.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, guests, and internal teams.
• Collaborate with Chef and management to create menus and culinary programs.
