Responsibilities

• Oversees all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account.
• Manages overall day-to-day operations of high-profile account.
• Conducts HR functions, including hiring, counseling, and terminations.
• Oversees scheduling, payroll, and team training.
• Maintains relationships with customers, guests, and clients and other departments.
• Collaborates with Chef and management to create menus and top-quality food.
