Job summary

Eurest seeks a General Manager to lead a high-profile corporate executive dining account, overseeing hospitality, culinary and operations. You will guide front-of-house and culinary teams, manage budgets, and ensure service excellence aligned with client expectations and company standards.

Responsibilities include workforce planning, coaching, performance management, and labor relations with a focus on safety, sanitation, and continuous improvement across the dining operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in food service or related field.
• Experience managing in a unionized environment is essential.
• 3–5 years of progressive hospitality experience preferred.
• Demonstrated P&L management ability and client relations success.

Responsibilities

• Develops short and long term financial and operational plans for the unit.
• Prepares the annual budget and monitors performance.
• Ensures food, beverage, and hospitality offerings meet quality and safety standards.
• Leads front-of-house and culinary teams to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
• Manages relationships with client stakeholders and union representatives.
• Ensures compliance with laws, CBAs, and company policies.
