BairesDev is seeking a Head of Signature Events to design and run invitation-only experiences for senior technology executives. You will own end-to-end concepts, venues, vendors, budgets, guest lists, and on-site hosting, collaborating with CEO, sales, and marketing teams.

This is a remote role based in the US or Canada, with travel to the US and abroad. You will lead event strategy for high-impact executive engagements, measuring ROI and shaping the annual signature events calendar.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in marketing, with 4+ years in B2B event marketing at B2B companies.
• Experience producing invitation-only experiences for C-level and VP buyers.
• 4+ years running events targeting US B2B buyers.
• Experience producing international or destination events.
• Experience hosting events with a CEO or senior executive as host.
• Based in the US or Canada; Pacific Coast preferred.

Responsabilités

• Design and produce signature executive experiences end to end.
• Build invite strategy and guest lists with senior leaders.
• Manage budgets, contracts, and vendors; negotiate terms.
• Measure ROI through meetings, pipeline, and CRM signals.
• Create a repeatable playbook and annual calendar for events.
• Travel regularly to host events in the US and abroad.
