Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressively responsible experience leading complex, cross‑functional strategic initiatives.
• 5+ years leading geographically dispersed, cross‑functional project teams.
• Experience with ERP projects, ERP workstreams, or WMS deployments.
• Proven ability to partner with executive leadership to define strategy and drive execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, high‑impact strategic initiatives from concept through implementation.
• Partner with executive leadership to translate vision into execution strategies and measurable outcomes.
• Develop integrated execution plans with workstreams, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Drive organizational change and cross‑functional alignment across multiple business units.
• Mentor and develop project leaders to build future organizational leadership.
