Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Head of Signature Events to design and run invitation-only experiences for senior technology executives. You will own end-to-end event concepts, venues, vendors, guest lists, invitations, and on-site hosting.

You will measure ROI by meetings and pipeline, report to marketing and sales leadership, and travel to host events in the US and abroad. A minimum 6+ years in marketing with 4+ years in B2B events is required, as is a Bachelor's degree and strong English.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in marketing with 4+ years in B2B event marketing or corporate events.
• Personally produced invitation-only experiences for C-level and VP buyers.
• Experience running US-focused B2B events with international or destination components.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce signature executive experiences end to end (concept, venue, vendors, run-of-show).
• Set invitation strategy and build guest lists with commercial teams to meet attendance targets.
• Manage budgets, contracts, venues, and vendors; track cost per attendee.
• Measure results via attendees, meetings, and pipeline; report ROI to leadership.
• Build annual calendar and repeatable playbook for events and compliance.
• Travel regularly to host events in the US and abroad.
