Job summary

The University of Texas at Austin's Texas McCombs School of Business invites applications for the Executive Education Coordinator position on the UT main campus.

The role supports end-to-end participant experiences across nondegree custom programs, open enrollment classes, and events; you will coordinate logistics, housing, facilities, and materials, and liaise with clients and faculty to ensure exceptional outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 3 years of event planning/coordination experience.
  • Experience building effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and in a highly collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with Executive Education clients, participants, and faculty to provide coordination services during program delivery, on/off campus or virtual.
  • Prepare for successful delivery of nondegree custom programs, open enrollment classes, and other offerings; represent the University with clients and participants.
  • Make timely arrangements for facilities, housing, food, equipment, and instructional materials; negotiate vendor contracts; supervise student employees as necessary.
  • Manage program evaluations and records; prepare programming reports; identify improvements to enhance participant experience.
  • Other related functions as assigned.
