Job summary

The Chief Executive Education Officer at Texas Executive Education, part of the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin, leads all business operations, strategy, and growth. Reporting to the Dean, you will drive revenue, build high-level corporate relationships, and lead a talented team in a high-visibility, entrepreneurial setting.

You will shape program strategy, expand client partnerships regionally and nationally, and oversee program design, delivery, and quality.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in business development, management consulting, executive education, or related field.
• Proven ability to lead a revenue-generating organization or business unit.
• Builds senior-level corporate relationships and closes complex engagements.
• Experience developing professional teams and motivating across roles.
• Strong financial and strategic acumen; comfortable with P&L ownership.
• Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and executive presence.
• Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Own top-line and bottom-line financial performance; set and deliver annual revenue targets.
• Grow Texas Executive Education's corporate client base regionally, nationally, and internationally.
• Lead contract negotiations and manage the full client lifecycle from engagement to renewal.
• Lead, develop, and retain a high-performing team of program managers, BD pros, and operations staff.
• Drive program design, delivery operations, and quality assurance for outstanding client outcomes.
• Collaborate with McCombs faculty and leadership to align programs with the school's strengths.
• Create strategic programming to showcase faculty strengths and develop executive programs for multiple clients.
