Job summary

Phase2 Technology is seeking an Executive Education Coordinator to join the Texas McCombs program at UT Austin on the UT Main Campus. This role focuses on delivering an premier end-to-end participant experience and coordinating logistics for a portfolio of programs.

You will partner with TEE directors, faculty, clients, and participants to ensure successful programs, manage facilities, housing, food, equipment, and instructional materials, and handle program evaluations and records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of event planning or coordinating conferences, seminars, short-courses or workshops.
• Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders and client groups.
• Strong communication and ability to work independently and in a highly collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate program delivery on and off campus (or virtual) and obtain feedback in real time.
• Prepare for nondegree custom programs, open enrollment classes, and other events; represent the University to clients.
• Arrange facilities, housing, food, equipment, and instructional materials; negotiate vendor contracts; supervise student employees.
• Manage evaluations and maintain participant/program records; prepare related reports.
• Perform other related functions as assigned.
