Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Three years of experience in event planning or coordinating conferences, seminars, short-courses or workshops.
• Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders and client groups.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate professional services for Executive Education clients, participants, and faculty during programs on campus or virtually and gather real-time feedback.
• Support existing programs and suggest improvements to enhance participant learning experiences.
• Prepare for successful delivery of non-degree custom programs, open enrollment classes, and other professional development offerings or events.
