Job summary

The University of Texas at Austin, McCombs School of Business, seeks a Chief Executive Education Officer based in Austin, Texas. This senior leader will drive Texas Executive Education's strategy, revenue growth, and corporate partnerships, reporting to the Dean of the McCombs School of Business.

The role leads a multi-disciplinary team, collaborates with faculty, and advances programs that develop executive leaders for industry on a national and international scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in business development, management consulting, executive education, professional services, or a related field.
• Proven ability to lead a revenue‑generating organization and drive growth.
• Strong financial and strategic acumen with P&L ownership.
• Excellent interpersonal and executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Own top-line and bottom-line performance with annual revenue targets.
• Develop a growth strategy to expand corporate client base regionally and nationally.
• Lead executive relationships and ensure long-term client satisfaction.
• Inspire and develop a high-performance team across programs, BD, and operations.
• Oversee program design, delivery operations, and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with faculty and academic leadership to align content with market needs.
