Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking a senior US Marketing leader to shape the strategy and execution for a priority asset. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team across HCP, patient/consumer, and omnichannel initiatives, aligning with executive leadership and global partners.

The role requires strong strategic thinking, extensive pharma marketing experience, and a track record of delivering growth in a complex US market. Hybrid work with on-site Ridgefield, CT.

Formación

• Strategic and analytical skills with 10–12 years of pharma Sales & Marketing experience.
• Proven leadership with supervisory experience (5+ years).
• Experience leading US pharma Marketing, brand strategy across launch and in-line stages.

Responsabilidades

• Own the integrated US Marketing strategy and annual plan.
• Lead Marketing across HCP, patient/consumer, omni-channel, and related capabilities.
• Partner with VP and Asset Leadership Team to drive strategy and execution.
• Forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation for asset investments.
• Develop lifecycle and evidence-based recommendations in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
