Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 10–12 years of pharmaceutical Sales and Marketing experience or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience required.
• Proven successful leadership in US pharmaceutical Marketing.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a complex, multi-layer Marketing organization.
• Experience managing substantial DP, sample, agency and operating budgets.
• Strong executive communication, influencing, negotiation and judgment.
• Willingness to travel, including overnight travel where required.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated US Marketing strategy, including positioning, segmentation, customer journeys and annual Marketing plan.
• Lead the Marketing organization across HCP, patient/consumer, omnichannel, and related capabilities; recruit and develop talent.
• Drive organizational health and talent development; build succession depth.
• Ensure performance against Marketing team objectives and launch readiness.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies with Sales, Medicine, Value & Access, Regulatory and Legal.
• Allocate DP budget and agency resources and oversee annual planning.
