Qualifications

• Minimum 10–12 years in pharmaceutical Sales and Marketing.
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience.
• Proven leadership in US pharmaceutical Marketing with brand strategy across launch and in-line stages.
• Ability to lead a complex, multi-layer Marketing organization with cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience managing DP, sample, agency budgets and reallocations.

Responsibilities

• Own the US Marketing strategy: positioning, segmentation, customer journeys, and annual plan.
• Lead Marketing organization across HCP, patient/consumer, omnichannel and related capabilities.
• Build succession depth and capability readiness; focus on talent development and performance.
• Direct campaigns, content, promotional platforms, field enablement, and agency partnerships while ensuring compliance.
• Serve as senior Marketing member of the Asset Leadership Team and manage launch readiness and dependencies.
• Integrate market research, analytics, and customer insights into Marketing choices and KPIs.
• Own budget deployment and resource allocation within the asset investment envelope.
• Develop lifecycle and customer evidence recommendations in partnership with Medicine and Value & Access.
• Recruit, hire, coach, and manage managers and professionals with clear accountability.
