Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking a Sr. Director, CRM Portfolio Marketing and Execution to lead US brand strategy, omnichannel plans and cross-functional execution. You will drive portfolio marketing across CRM assets, manage third-party partners and ensure alignment with Brand teams.

Based in Ridgefield, CT with hybrid flexibility, the role requires strong leadership, budget oversight and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to optimize lifecycle plans and market impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• Experience in US pharmaceutical marketing or related pharma field.
• Experience with digital partner ecosystems (Google, media providers, social platforms).
• Strong leadership, budgeting and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and implementation of marketing, selling and managed markets strategy for US launches and indications.
