Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking a Sr. AD, Marketing, CRM Integration to manage brand plans, marketing tactics, and forecasts for a US brand or indication.

Based on-site in Ridgefield, CT with 2–3 days of hybrid flexibility, you will provide leadership and guidance to the brand team and external partners to drive strategic execution. The role requires 8+ years in pharma marketing (5+ in US markets), MBA preferred, and experience with digital partners, analytics, and budget management.

Qualifications

• Eight-plus years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or marketing.
• MBA preferred.
• Experience working with digital partners to develop and execute initiatives (e.g., Google, media providers, social platforms).
• Experience in guiding digital analytics and driving metrics-based optimization.
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities.
• Ability to manage budgets and resources in a highly matrixed organization.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsabilités

• Manages and coordinates the development, implementation and monitoring of core elements of the brand plans.
• Leads development and implementation of marketing tactics to meet goals.
• Oversees tactical plans (sales/promotional tools, samples, PR/media, websites, market research, etc.).
• Represents the brand with internal and external stakeholders.
• Leads brand positioning and messaging to achieve objectives.
• Collaborates with brand team members, external agencies and extended teams to align tactics with strategy.
• Monitors product performance and market research to identify growth opportunities.
