Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Treasury Management Officer in Commercial & Investment Banking to grow treasury management revenue, nurture client relationships, and implement localized market strategies.

Candidate will leverage deep treasury product knowledge to collaborate with Bankers, Client Service, Product Leadership, and Implementation teams to deliver integrated cash management solutions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience.
• Knowledge of Treasury Service products, credit and risk processes.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to develop relationships with clients, COIs, and consultants.
• Excellent time management, organizational and planning skills.
• Track record of meeting sales goals as a top performer.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by prospecting and sourcing new treasury management business and expanding existing relationships.
• Lead strategic dialogues using best practices, benchmarking, and solution positioning.
• Collaborate with bankers and clients at senior levels to deliver integrated treasury solutions.
• Lead business process reviews aligned to client sales opportunities and coordinate with solutions specialists.
• Suggest new solutions while partnering with product stakeholders to reflect client needs.
• Provide market thought leadership through events, webinars, and industry forums.
• Monitor non-credit risk and work to enhance profitability of client relationships.
