JPMorganChase in Boston seeks a Treasury Management Officer to generate new treasury management business and deepen client relationships within Commercial & Investment Banking. You will leverage deep knowledge of treasury products to develop localized market strategies and collaborate with Bankers, Client Service, and Product teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience.
• Strong prospecting, selling and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of Treasury Service products, credit risk and pricing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by sourcing new treasury management business and expanding existing relationships.
• Create strategic dialogues around client-centric issues, benchmarking and solution positioning.
• Collaborate with bankers and clients to provide integrated treasury solutions in a consultative framework.
• Lead client business process reviews and engage solutions specialists for complex reviews.
• Raise new solution ideas and align product development with client needs.
• Deliver thought leadership on working capital at events and client forums.
• Manage non-credit risk and monitor profitability of relationships.
