Job summary

Ladders is seeking an Executive Director, Service Delivery - Public Sector to lead remote service delivery for a portfolio of government-focused accounts. You will align delivery with sales, customers, and internal teams to ensure high satisfaction, renewals, and growth opportunities.

Ideal candidate has 5–7+ years in IT account management or technical delivery in public sector settings, with strong relationship-building and knowledge of RFP cycles, SLAs, and SDLC processes. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of experience in IT account management, technical sales, or technical delivery in a public sector environment.
• Experience with direct oversight and delivery of large public sector initiatives.
• Familiarity with public sector procurement processes, including RFP cycles and SLA-based managed services.
• Strong relationship management skills and understanding of business requirements.

For our client, we are seeking a Executive Director, Service Delivery - Public Sector to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This leader will oversee public sector service delivery for a portfolio of accounts, ensuring engagements are executed smoothly and clients receive a high level of service. The role blends operational leadership, account expansion, and customer-facing partnership across complex government-focused initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with sales, customer stakeholders, and internal teams to strengthen delivery performance and support renewal and growth opportunities.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $190,000 – $225,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery organization to achieve high customer satisfaction
