Ladders is seeking a Director of Engagement Managers to drive end-to-end delivery of high-visibility engagements across government and enterprise clients. • Strong financial acumen for managing project budgets and performance

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Director of Engagement Managers to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This leader will oversee a team focused on delivering complex, high-visibility engagements across multiple clients and stakeholder groups. The role calls for someone who can align cross-functional teams around strategic priorities, strengthen delivery discipline, and ensure outcomes are tied to customer and public-sector success. You will also serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders while helping shape scalable delivery practices and feedback loops.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $195,000 – $235,000 annually
