Ladders is seeking a Solutions Architect for the Public Sector - East to serve as a trusted technical advisor in pre-sales engagements. You will help shape adoption strategies for public sector customers from a remote location in the United States, guiding technical evaluations and defining success criteria.

You will partner with sales and internal teams to demonstrate business value, influence product direction, and drive improvements in regulated environments. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in technical pre-sales, consulting, or IT roles with U.S. public sector focus.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD and modern software development practices.
• Familiarity with cloud computing technologies in regulated environments.
• Ability to link technology solutions to business outcomes and guide senior stakeholders.
• Proven communication and relationship-building abilities with diverse teams.
• Willingness to learn and adapt, including familiarity with solutions architect resources and enablement materials.

For our client, we are seeking a Solutions Architect, Public Sector - East to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will serve as a trusted technical advisor to public sector customers, helping shape adoption strategies and guide them through complex pre-sales engagements.

The position will partner closely with sales, customer stakeholders, and internal teams to advance technical evaluations, define success criteria, and demonstrate business value.

You will also act as the voice of the customer internally, helping inform product and marketing priorities while supporting software delivery improvements in regulated environments.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $125,000 – $150,000 annually
