Job summary

Ladders is seeking an Executive Director, Service Delivery - Public Sector to lead remote service delivery for a portfolio of government-focused accounts. You will align delivery with sales, customers, and internal teams to ensure high satisfaction, renewals, and growth opportunities.

Ideal candidate has 5–7+ years in IT account management or technical delivery in public sector settings, with strong relationship-building and knowledge of RFP cycles, SLAs, and SDLC processes. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of experience in IT account management, technical sales, or technical delivery in a public sector environment.
• Experience with direct oversight and delivery of large public sector initiatives.
• Familiarity with public sector procurement processes, including RFP cycles and SLA-based managed services.
• Strong relationship management skills and understanding of business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery organization to achieve high customer satisfaction.
• Oversee day-to-day delivery execution across all accounts.
• Identify and execute expansion and renewal opportunities within existing accounts.
• Provide strategic advice to customer stakeholders on key projects.
• Conduct assessments and manage engagement transitions.
• Build relationships with customers and serve as the delivery liaison.
• Support the sales team with presentations and customer calls.
