For our client, we are seeking a Director of Service Delivery (Remote) to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will lead a high-performing service delivery organization focused on executing complex, large-scale projects with precision and consistency. You will partner closely with technical teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure critical infrastructure initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and to engineering standards. The position also emphasizes customer experience, risk management, and operational accountability across a portfolio of multi-phase work.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $150,000 – $180,000 annually

Responsibilities
