For our client, we are seeking a Program Director to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space.

This role will provide strategic leadership for a complex federal technology program, serving as the central point of coordination for senior government stakeholders and internal delivery teams. The ideal candidate will drive program performance across scope, schedule, budget, and contractual deliverables while strengthening customer relationships through clear, proactive communication. You will also help improve delivery processes, support multidisciplinary teams, and guide strategic planning to ensure consistent, high-quality execution in a regulated environment.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $150,000 – $200,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for a complex federal technology program
• Serve as the primary contact for senior government program leadership and stakeholders

• Lead multidisciplinary teams across software engineering and project management
