TerraBella Senior Living is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to lead multiple communities toward operational and financial success. You will drive resident satisfaction, occupancy growth, and revenue goals while supervising Executive Directors and Resident Care leaders.

Role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least five years in a senior living leadership role with Sales/Operations responsibilities.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• A minimum of five years’ experience in a Senior Living leadership role that includes Sales/Operations responsibilities.

Responsabilités

• Directs and coordinates activities to meet organization goals, policies, and objectives.
• Communicates a resident-focused vision to communities.
• Reviews resident satisfaction surveys and deploys programs to improve satisfaction.
• Oversees Executive Directors and ensures achievement of community and organizational goals.
• Develops plans to meet NOI expectations and maximize occupancy.
• Reviews monthly financial statements and drives corrective actions at the community level.
• Oversees Directors of Resident Care to ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines.
• Maintain strong knowledge of market competition and act as a visible leader across communities.
