JPMorgan Chase in San Francisco seeks an Executive Director for Payments within the HCS & HHN verticals of Commercial Banking. You will lead complex payments solutions, shape strategy, and partner with Sales to win opportunities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You are an expert in wholesale payments, with a track record across Payments, Receivables, Liquidity, FX, and digital channels, including API and SWIFT.

Qualificações

• 8 years in Treasury, Cash Management, or product management with emphasis on Treasury/Finance.
• Strong payments knowledge across wholesale payments products and digital channels.
• Knowledge of ERP platforms (SAP and Oracle) in finance/treasury contexts.
• Executive-level presentation skills for C-level audiences.
• Ability to convert client needs into mandated business outcomes via solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead solutioning and adoption of client-facing products, defining optimal solutions.
• Act as SME on defined product areas with deep understanding of client needs.
• Support Sales with pricing, pipeline planning and training materials.
• Engage client teams to understand pain points and inform product roadmap.
• Function as SME across core payables products and digital channels incl. API/Swift.
• Enable sales partners and drive engagement on complex opportunities.
• Support integration activities for global and regional cash services including RFP/RFI responses and demonstrations.
