Reflections Retirement Community in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a seasoned healthcare leader to oversee Oasis at 56th. The role focuses on governing operations, driving high-quality care, and ensuring strong financial performance to support residents’ well‑being.

You will lead a team, implement quality assurance initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with marketing to boost occupancy. RCA/HFA licensure and strong leadership are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a healthcare leadership role.
• RCA or HFA licensure required at applicable locations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Budget management and understanding of financial statements and reports.

• Experience in effective budget management and strong understanding of financial statements and reports
• Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity
