Oasis at 56th is seeking an experienced healthcare leader to manage operations for our Indianapolis community. The role focuses on high-quality resident care, team supervision, and financial performance while ensuring compliance with regulations.

You will lead a collaborative team, mentor staff, and partner with marketing to drive occupancy. A strong background in assisted living governance and licensure is required, with a commitment to love, dignity, and compassionate service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a healthcare leadership role.
• RCA or HFA licensure required at applicable locations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Must possess leadership and supervisory ability and the readiness to mentor, motivate, and inspire team members.
• Experience in effective budget management and strong understanding of financial statements and reports.
