Bardwell Residences in Aurora, IL is seeking a dedicated healthcare leader to manage and enhance the quality of care provided to residents. The position requires strong leadership, compliance with regulations, and financial oversight to ensure a supportive community environment.

The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of healthcare leadership experience, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to motivate staff. An RCA or HFA licensure is a must, along with a commitment to promoting well-being and dignity for all residents.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a healthcare leadership role, preferably in assisted/supportive living.
• Must possess leadership and supervisory ability.

Position Type: Full Time

Salary Range: $120,000.00 - $125,000.00 Salary/year

• Ensures compliance with all relevant state and federal regulations.
• Collaborates with the marketing and sales team to strategically oversee and enhance occupancy development.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a healthcare leadership role; assisted/supportive living experience preferred.
• RCA or HFA licensure required at applicable locations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Must possess leadership and supervisory ability, and readiness to mentor, motivate, and inspire team members.
• Experience in effective budget management and strong understanding of financial statements and reports.
• Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.
