YMCA of Memphis & the Mid-South seeks an Executive Director to provide strategic, operational and community‑focused leadership for a flagship YMCA center. You will oversee childcare, school age programs, budgeting, fundraising and stakeholder relations, ensuring mission alignment and strong program quality.

You will lead staff and volunteers, collaborate with local school districts and association leadership to drive growth and impact in youth development and healthy living.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in human services, business, nonprofit management, education or related field.
• Minimum five years of senior leadership and supervisory experience in YMCA operations or nonprofit management.
• Experience in branch/site operations, financial management and team leadership.
• Fundraising experience with volunteers and boards preferred.
