Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in human services, business management, or equivalent.
• Five+ years of successful management experience, preferably in a YMCA or nonprofit.
• Experience supervising staff and managing budgets over $1M.
• Ability to lead operations including budgeting, membership, and program development.
• Strong community relations and collaboration abilities.
• YMCA Multi-Team Leader certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the assigned YMCA location.
• Provide cause-driven leadership in staff supervision, volunteer management, and fiscal management.
• Develop and monitor budgets with emphasis on membership growth and program development.
• Lead Annual Giving and fundraising efforts and engage community partners.
• Represent YMCA in the local community and build collaborative relationships.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and function of facilities and equipment.
• Guide staff development and performance and lead a diverse team.
