Job summary

The YMCA of Greater Montgomery is seeking an Executive Director to lead the Montgomery branch, oversee budgets, programs, and staff, and collaborate with the Director of Healthy Living to deliver outstanding member services.

Responsibilities include strategic planning, community partnerships, board relations, fundraising for the annual campaign, and ensuring compliant operations while upholding the YMCA four core values: caring, honesty, respect and responsibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college is required.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership and supervisory experience.
• Nonprofit administration experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promotes the mission of the association and oversees branch operations.
• Recruits, develops, and evaluates staff and volunteers.
• Manages budget and fiscal operations for the branch.
• Builds community partnerships and leads fundraising efforts for the annual campaign.
