Mecklenburg County YMCA seeks a dynamic Chief Executive Officer to lead strategic planning, fundraising, and operational excellence across Clarksville and the surrounding region. The CEO will collaborate with volunteers, donors, staff, and community leaders to advance youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility.

The role centers on driving the Building Tomorrow Together Capital Campaign, expanding facilities, and strengthening long-term sustainability while upholding YMCA values

Qualificações

• Accredited 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum seven years in a senior management role with YMCA or similar organization.
• Ability to develop and strengthen community relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement a strategic plan with volunteers, community leaders, and staff; include measurable goals.
• Position the Y as a vital partner for community change through stakeholder engagement.
• Lead fundraising, annual giving, and capital campaigns to support growth and impact.
• Improve operating performance by planning, forecasting needs, and managing operations.
