• 12+ years in HEOR or related disciplines within biopharma, consulting, or academia.
• Experience with real-world data (claims/EMR/registries) and HTA/submission needs.

• Develop and lead HEOR and value evidence strategy across nephrology portfolio.
• Create integrated evidence-generation plans across product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, and Biostatistics.
• Lead cost-effectiveness, budget impact, and healthcare resource analyses.
• Oversee real-world evidence studies using claims, EMR, registries.
• Lead the PRO strategy and instrument validation in development programs.
• Publish HEOR research and represent Travere externally.
• Guide cross-functional partners and senior leadership on HEOR priorities.
• Manage external vendors, budgets, timelines, and delivery.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
